 Concepts of communitive tools.

Communitive tool is a technology that enables communication between teacher and students, among students or anybody beyond transcending physical barriers.  

Under communitive toll it can be distinguish between synchronous  and asynchronous. Synchronous is a classroom where it enables or happens real-time communication and learning where students are engaged with class materials and peers, facilitated by tutor, web and videoconferencing technologies. This will allow students to get immediate feedback, interactive discussion, and structured learning environment and experience. On other hand, asynchronous it is a from of education that does not require participants to be present in the same place or time. It is basically a self pace learning where students will be provided with more time to think, reflect, analyze before responding to the activities.

ICT as a communitive tool is a technology that enables easy communication between teacher and students, among students or anybody that transcends the physical barriers. We use communitive tool to enhance interaction between students and teacher. Even though students or the teacher is not physically present, still the lesson can be taught and continued. Communitive tool can increase profitability meaning that by using ICT as a communitive tool we can increase its efficiency and information can be send faster, which will allow students and teachers to do the jobs quicker. it will also provide clarity and coherence when you convey the messages, making learners to comprehend the information provided. Finally, as students will be engaged in learning through communication and collaboration, they will be able yo construct their own knowledge thus making them life long learner. 

We can integrate communitive tool in teaching and learning by, collaborating and communicating using google docs, google slides and other online materials in teaching and learning where information will be easy, faster and convenient. secondly, using socials media as means of communication where information sharing can be done, sharing of ideas with peers and teacher and finally using and integrating blogs as communitive tool to share and gain new information and knowledges. 

Some disadvantages of using communicative tool can be firstly, potential for misunderstanding, since communicating through technology lacks body language and voice inflection, messages can be misconstrued. Secondly, distraction from real life, where excessive use of technology can lead to neglecting jobs, relationship and safety precautions. Thirdly, expensive, setting up the ICT devices or procuring digital technology can be expensive where some might not be able to buy hence, hindering in learning and teaching. lastly, some information provided with be outdated not not related to or context since anybody can post online.

Google Classroom

Google classroom is a free blended learning platform developed by Google for educational institution that aims to simplify creating, distributing and grading assignments. Google classroom is mainly used to share information and knowledge between teacher and students. 

In Bhutan, Google classroom was extensively used during pandemic time where school are closed down and teacher and students cannot physically attend the classroom.

Procedures to create Google classroom 

1. Go to classroom. google.com and sign in with your google account.

2. click on the "classes" page and select "create classroom "

3. Enter the class name and optional description and grade level, section, subject and room. Then click on create. 

4. You can start inviting students via email or sharing class code

5. Finally customize your classroom theme, manage setting and organize your classwork within google classroom.
